What to Expect
before you arrive…
Wear clothing that is light and flexible. Remove as much makeup as possible, and limit the use of lotions. Drink plenty of water before your session.

when you get started…
Your session will take place in a private space in our facility. To get
the most benefit, we recommend doing red light therapy in the nude so that your skin can soak up the maximum amount of light. You’ll feel mild warmth coming from the light panels.
We provide eyewear (optional) for those who are sensitive to bright light. Relax and let the healing benefits of red light therapy do the work.

The red light panels will turn off when the time is up and you are free
to get dressed. Continue to hydrate throughout the day.

The frequency will depend upon your own individual health and wellness goals. You can do it as often as you like.
How does red light therapy work?
Our cells get an energy boost when they absorb natural light, especially red and infrared wavelengths. What should I wear?
Most prefer to Red Light in the nude. Delivering natural light to more surface area of your body leads to greater benefit, but full nudity is not required for effective use. Lighter garments (underwear, bras, and socks) may be worn, though the covered areas not exposed directly to
the light won’t receive any benefits.
Is eye protection required?
No. The wavelengths of light is actually healthy for your eyes. However, if you are sensitive to bright light, we do recommend wearing the eye protection that is provided in our facility.
Does red light therapy emit heat?
The lights themselves do not become warm, however your circulation increases throughout the treatment, so you may experience a feeling of warmth.
