Dynamic Compression Therapy
Compression Therapy used compressed air to massage limbs, mobilize fluid and speed recovery.
Designed for recovery and rehab after intense workouts, training, injuries or surgeries, it helps increase circulation and maintain full range of motion.
Why use compression therapy?
deep pressure massage
Compression therapy uses compressed air to massage limbs, feeling initially like a blood pressure cuff, mimicking the natural muscle pump of the body.
decrease muscle pain
The deep pressure helps flush waste products from your body and enhances lymphatic drainage, making it perfect to help with recovery and rehabilitation after intense workouts, training, conditioning, sports activity, injuries or surgery.
range of motion
Beyond decreasing muscle soreness and pain, it also helps with circulation and range of motion and can be used for legs, hips and arms.

How it Works
Dynamic Compression Therapy is a form of compression that uses compressed air to massage your limbs, mobilize fluid, and speed recovery. Dynamic Compression Therapy feels like deep pressure, a relaxing massage to your legs that initially feels like a blood pressure cuff. The sleeve inflates and relaxes in segments to mimic the natural muscle pump of the body. This form of compression device is meant for recovery and rehabilitation after intense workouts, training, conditioning, sports activity, injuries, and surgery. It can be used on legs, hips and arms.
Love this place! I’ve gotten a sauna membership, which is very affordable. The room is always clean and the service is wonderful. Can’t wait to try their other services. Highly recommend!

What to Expect
before you arrive…
Drink plenty of water before your session. Wear clothing that is light and flexible and shoes that are easy to remove. Feel free to bring a book or mobile device with headphones for entertainment.
when you arrive…
We’ll cover the basics together and answer any questions. You will be sitting or lying in a semi-private area in our facility. Remember to keep any noise level low for our other guests.
when you begin…
This therapy is a 30-minute treatment. You will first experience a pre-inflate cycle, during which the connected attachments are molded to your exact body shape. Similar to the kneading done during a massage, each segment of the attachment will first compress in a pulsing manner and then release, working its way up your
limbs.
when you’re finished…
The compression sleeves will slowly decompress and we will remove
the attachments and have you unzip and step out of the compression sleeves. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
