Cancellation/No Show Policy:
If cancellation is necessary, we require at least a 24-HOUR NOTICE before your scheduled appointment. If something comes up at the last minute and you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment, send a friend or relative to take your place or simply pay our late cancellation fee. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 24-hour notice we are often unable to fill that appointment time. This is an inconvenience to our staff and also means our other clients miss the chance to receive services they need.
Return Policy:
Refunds are processed only within a 30-day window from the date of your purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds due to non-refundable card processing fees and other operational expenses.
Gift Card Policy:
Gift cards must be used within one year from the date of purchase. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
